(#12) DOUBLE OREO: Double Trouble

It's double the deliciousness with our original Double Oreo!  Throw in the (completely) crushed up crumbs of about ten Oreos right when you start churning the base, and chunks of the rest of the Oreos towards the end of the churning!  

Scoopsies' Double Oreo Ice Cream

yields about 1 quart

2 cups heavy cream

1 whole cup milk

3 large egg yolks

2 large eggs

2 tbsp nonfat milk powder

1/2 cup sugar

1 tbsp. vanilla extract

15-20 oreos coarsely chopped

pinch of salt
