Scoopsies' Coffee Oreo Ice Cream
yields about 1.5 quarts
1 1/2 cups of heavy cream
1 1/2 cups of whole milk
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups whole coffee beans
2 large eggs
2 large egg yolks
1/4 tsp vanilla
pinch of salt
15 oreos, chopped

I love coffee ice cream. There is an ice cream called "Mud Pie" from my childhood that had oreos and fudge in a coffee base and it was to die for.
