Italy knows what's up when it comes to flavor. This unusual flavor can be found in gelato shops throughout the country. Today in Boston we've paired a fruity olive oil with crushed meyer lemons and added it to our ice cream base. The result is a surprisingly refreshing and smooth tasting ice cream. I liked this flavor so much that I decided I needed to share. I brought it into work and the whole pint was gone in less than a minute! Next time I'll have to make more!
