We churned some hefty bits of homemade Tiramisu into our coffee and mascarpone base. The result? Too good to be true!
Scoopsies' Tiramisu Ice Cream
yields about 1 quart
8oz. mascarpone cheese
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 cup milk
pinch of salt
6oz.of rum (or kahlua)
1 1/2 cups of coffee beans
4 egg yolks
Umm...taking out the milk & the actual tiramisu, this is actually on my diet. You are amazing, I may seriously have to try this.
