Vanilla with some heat! It's spicy and sweet!  The third in our series of asian-inspired flavors!

Scoopsies' Spicy Vanilla Ice Cream

(Makes about 1 Quart)

2 thai chili peppers

1 vanilla bean

1/5 cups cream

3/4 cup milk

3 egg yolks

2 whole eggs

1/2 cup sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract
